Whatever the specific context of their desired outcome most of
my clients report ending up experiencing a greater sense of wholeness,
balance, freedom, peace, love, lightness, presence, connection and
vitality. Either they achieve their outcome easily or they
realise that it was not what they really wanted anyway and it ceases
to be important to them. For some this may happen in a single session;
for all this is part of a continuing life journey.
What would you like to have happen?
The information in the box is repeated below for people who prefer
static text:
Recruit the right staff to the right roles
Have you ever recruited a likeable person who had all the right
experience on paper but somehow didn't perform well in their role?
Perhaps they did not see things in the way you expected or just
weren't motivated to perform at their best?
Each of us has a unique set of genetics and experiences and, therefore,
perceives things differently. We can categorise these differences
and understand more about how people are likely to perform in a
given work situation. Our motivation and decision making process
is driven by our values. What is important to one person may not
be important to another. By tailoring someone's role and reward
package to fulfil their values it is possible to maximise their
performance for a given budget.
A 3 page 'Meta-programmes and values' assessment (see 'about richard'
for an example) will help you to understand more about your potential
recruits and enable you to choose staff who's natural preferences
and strengths best fit with the role you have to fill. This information
can be used during your final interviews to target questions which
help you to be really confident that you are making the right decision.
Develop your staff and your business
Does the work your company does involve communicating with, understanding
or influencing people? Are there opportunities to improve interactions
with staff or customers? Is there a certain area where you think
that dramatic improvements may be possible if it were not held back
or blocked in some way?
By learning and applying the principles, tools and techniques which
have enabled excellent individuals and organisations to achieve
their objectives it is possible to replicate this success. This
could include developing more responsive relationships with customers;
creating a relaxed and productive environment; improving processes
and products; increasing flexibility and capability; working with
organisational values & beliefs; resolving interdepartmental
conflict or setting compelling goals.
Working closely with you to understand your specific requirements
we will be able to develop an approach which fully meets your needs.
This could include modelling excellent performers within your organisation,
developing new systems or structures which fit with peoples' natural
preferences, and developing bespoke training packages for staff.
In addition to my own skills and experience I can call upon specialists
from partner organisations Amicas, Consulting Associates Worldwide
(CAW) and Realising Your Potential (RYP).
Help your staff to perform at their best
Have you ever set a work goal which you did not follow through
on and achieve? Has an issue at home affected your performance in
the office? Have you ever wanted to talk an issue through but not
wanted to bring it up with a work colleague? Are you concerned that
some of these issues may be affecting the performance of your staff?
The decisions or behaviour of one person can have huge knock on
effects on the rest of the organisation. The more senior or responsible
a person's role, the more important it is that they are happily
performing at their best and the greater the consequences if they
are not.
Working together we will be able to develop a staff support / coaching
package which provides you with the benefits you desire. A simple
option could be to promote my services internally and develop a
referral system as part of your existing staff support procedures.
In order to benefit from easier availability it may be possible
to offer on site support for a certain number of days a month.
I believe that it is important that companies develop systems to
quantify the benefits of my services; I always work in the best
interests of the individuals who see me and I always respect their
confidentiality.
